Have questions about doula services?

  • It's beneficial to hire a doula as early as possible in your pregnancy, but you can hire one at any stage. The earlier you hire a doula, the more time you'll have to build a relationship and prepare for your birth experience.

  • Your doula will provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, making suggestions for labour progress and help with relaxation, positioning, and other techniques for your comfort. Your doula will also help you make informed decisions throughout the whole process.

  • Your doula is there to provide support to the family. Your doula WANTS to involve your partner as much as possible. This is your birth journey, we are simply here to help out
