01. Birth Prep & Ask Me Anything
Having questions about labour, birth preferences, hospital procedures, comfort techniques, or what to expect in those early postpartum hours? This hour session is designed for just that.
This package is perfect if you’re not ready to commit to a full doula package or if you simply want to feel more grounded and informed heading into your birth.
Includes:
𑁍 1 Private Hour: Offered in person or over zoom.
𑁍 Open Q and A Format: Ask about birth plans, stages of labour, comfort techniques, medical options, partner roles, and more.
𑁍 Custom Support: We’ll meet you where you’re at - no agenda, just guidance, tailored to what you’re looking for.
𑁍 Follow Up Handouts & Resources: We will send you any follow up handouts or suggestions based on our meeting for you to have handy when you need.
𑁍 BONUS: If you choose to book the full doula package after this meeting, your $75 payment from this meeting will be credited towards that package!

02. Travelling Fees
This is for families who are seeking help outside city limits.
Distance is calculated from Saskatoon to your home and back. This ensures I can bring the same compassionate, in-home care to you, no matter where you are.
Includes:
𑁍 Free Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your needs and goals.
𑁍 Locations: Cost is applies for families outside Saskatoon city limits.

It's beneficial to hire a doula as early as possible in your pregnancy, but you can hire one at any stage. The earlier you hire a doula, the more time you'll have to build a relationship and prepare for your birth experience.

Your doula will provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, making suggestions for labour progress and help with relaxation, positioning, and other techniques for your comfort. Your doula will also help you make informed decisions throughout the whole process.

Your doula is there to provide support to the family. Your doula WANTS to involve your partner as much as possible. This is your birth journey, we are simply here to help out
